Pat and Kim Nicholl have been in the restaurant industry since 1995. Their experience originated in Alaska when they moved to Juneau to help Kim's father, Murray Damitio, and other family members open a waterfront restaurant in a renovated 1940's Alaska Coastal Airlines floatplane hangar, aptly named The Hangar on the Wharf.
It wasn't long before the family opened additional restaurants in Juneau and Palm Springs California.
Being life long residents of Washington State, Pat and Kim relocated back to Washington in 2001 and it was their goal to open a restaurant in their own backyard that would offer extraordinarily delicious food, casual yet elegant atmosphere and impeccable service. Thus, Amici Italian Eatery was born.
"We have Italian heritage in the family and served outstanding Italian dishes and pizzas at two of the Juneau AK locations. We knew that the success of those recipes would be a wonderful addition to the Graham area."
"We work very hard at what we do and it has become our passion to create a dining experience that will leave people craving that same experience over and over again!"
